Chef Umesh Gupta, the Director of Culinary at Discover Resorts, boasts three decades of experience in the hotel industry, he holds a three-year diploma in hotel management and catering technology, alongside a bachelor's degree in science.
Chef Umesh's career began with Holiday Inn as a Management Trainee, and he has since contributed his expertise to prestigious hotel chains such as the Taj Group, Starwood-Le Meridien, Pride Group of Hotels, The Corinthians Resort and Club, and The Umrao Delhi.
At Discover Resorts, he oversees all culinary operations, delivering a symphony of flavors, mouth-watering street food, and innovative dishes that respect authentic traditions.
